All National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC) Guideline Summaries are available in a
text format downloadable to the Palm-based Personal Digital Assistant (PDA).

In order to download a specific summary for PDA/Palm view:
- Select the guideline that you would like to view
- Click on the "PDA download" link in the Summary box of the Side Menu
In addition, information concerning the availability of full-text guidelines and/or
companion documents available in downloadable versions for the handheld computer
through the guideline developer is listed in the "COMPANION DOCUMENTS" field in the NGC Guideline Summary. The
"COMPANION DOCUMENTS" field is located towards the end of the Summary.

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) has developed the ACC InfoGuide.

American Heart Association
The American Heart Association (AHA) has made a number of its guidelines, jointly
developed with the American College of Cardiology (ACC), available in PDA
downloabable format. Guidelines may be viewed with the freely distributable,

U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF)
The Electronic Preventive Services Selector (ePSS), available as a PDA application and a web-based tool, is a quick hands-on tool designed to help primary care clinicians identify the screening, counseling, and preventive medication services that are appropriate for their patients. It is based on current recommendations of the USPSTF and can be searched by specific patient characteristics, such as age, sex, and selected behavioral risk factors.
All USPSTF guidelines that are published in the Annals of Internal Medicine as part of the 3rd Edition of the Guide to Clinical Preventive Services are also available for
